| About The Taxi-Mart Shop |
The Taxi-Mart website was started to provide a place where taxi owner drivers could sell their vehicle to other owner drivers across the country. Taxi-Mart has been advertising taxis on the internet for over 4 years now and we pride ourselves in being market leaders within the taxi industry.
To broaden our market and to provide a better service to our customers we recently opened the Taxi-Mart Shop. Just as we have carefully chosen the advertisers in the main Taxi-Mart site, we have researched all of the items that we sell in the Taxi-Mart shop and we are sure that you will be very satisfied with your purchases.
Dispatch:
Your order will generally be dispatched on the day that your order was placed or the day after your order was placed. However, some items may take longer to be dispatched. Most items are dispatched within 2 working days. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email stating that the 'status of your order has changed' you can log into your account to see the status of your order.
Next Day Delivery:
When you pay for 'Next Day Delivery' you are choosing a faster delivery option to the basic 'Royal Mail First Class' delivery option. You are not guaranteeing to receive the item next day. To have your order delivered next day you will usually need to order it before 1.30pm. This is because we make up all of the orders in the afternoon and the post is picked up at around 4.00pm. There may be certain circumstances when items ordered after 1.30pm will be delivered next day but this cannot be guaranteed. We use Royal Mail for most next day deliveries but certain (mainly larger) items are sent by courier. We cannot be held responsible for late delivered items.
Order Handling Charge:
We do not charge anything for packing but to help towards the high costs involved in packing and processing Credit/Debit card payments, a £2.00 'Order Handling Charge' is added to each order. This applies to both orders placed on the internet and over the phone.
Special Order Items:
Certain items are difficult to source and come from specialist suppliers. If they are unable to take the items back we will unfortunately be unable to refund you. You will usually be notified of this at the time of your order.
Refunds Policy
As taxi drivers ourselves we know what works and what doesn't and we are sure that we have picked the best products for you, however if you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us please return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (not including the Order Handling Charge) or an exchange (refunds do not normally include postage costs).
Products returned must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original immediate packaging. All returns should be adequately packed and be accompanied by the original invoice. We advise you to always obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods and recommend you return items by Royal Mail.
The due amount will be credited to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 21 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.
Please inform us immediately (within the first 3 days of arrival), if any goods have been damaged in transit. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for any damage. If you wish to exchange goods please email us with details so we can immediately reserve stock for you. If free postage has been given we reserve the right to recover postage costs if goods are returned. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
