How can I pay for my purchases?
The site accepts payment from all major credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Maestro. Our site is fully secure, using a SECPay Trading server with state of the art encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) technology. We do not store your credit/debit card details online.

Do I have to register my details before viewing this site?
No, the only time we need to take details from our customers is when they actually become customers, ie when they pass through our checkout.

What will appear on my credit/debit card statement?
Your credit/debit card statement will read Elite Taxis (London) Ltd.

How will I know when my order is processed?
As soon as you place your order you will receive an email from us, informing you that your order has been received and is being processed. This email will contain your order summary and order number. You can check the progress of your order at any time by visiting the 'Check Order' page of our site.

1. Browse through the range of parts and accessories we offer. This can be achieved by either using the "Category List" on the navigation bar at the top of the page - or by using the menu at the left of the page.

2. When you've found the parts and accessories you want - and seen all the information available - just click on the 'add to basket' link. Here you can choose to continue shopping or check out if you are happy with your choice. Simply follow the procedure and within just a few clicks your order will start processing.

3. We always confirm your order via email and give you a reference number in case of any problems and to allow you to trace and view your orders at a later date.
